    First, candidates are typically required to complete an online application form<\/b> that includes questions about their academic and professional background, as well as the divisions and subdivisions of the company for which they are applying<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Secondly, the candidate will be called for an interview<\/b> where he\/she will have to answer several questions (usually 2). The candidate has 3 minutes to prepare, then 1 minute and 30 seconds to answer each question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
