The Financial Times ranking of the best Executive MBAs<\/strong> of 2024 is now available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive MBAs (EMBAs) are designed for managers and directors<\/strong>, enabling them to strengthen their management and leadership skills while pursuing their careers. Unlike traditional MBAs, these programs are aimed at participants with several years’ experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FT 2024 Executive MBA ranking<\/strong> highlights the programs that offer the best post-career results, in terms of salary increases, successful career transitions and the strength of the alumni network. This year, we note a strong presence of these programs in Europe, the United States and Asia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Some programs stand out for their innovative pedagogy, incorporating methods such as experiential learning, management simulations, or the use of advanced technologies<\/strong> such as artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


What’s more, modules spread across several continents enable immersion in a variety of economic contexts, attracting students from the four corners of the globe<\/strong> and boosting the attractiveness of the curricula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the high cost of EMBAs<\/strong>, although often justified by the opportunities and networking they offer, remains a barrier for some applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

French schools are well positioned in the ranking of the best French Executive MBAs. In fact, 10 of them feature in the TOP 50 worldwide, with ESCP Business School in the lead<\/strong>. Insead, meanwhile, came 2nd in the French ranking and 9th worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SKEMA Business School<\/strong>, making its debut in the FT ranking of the world’s best EMBAs, came 3rd in France and 13th worldwide. The Business School’s entry into the 2024 edition of the FT ranking is a resounding success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methodology of the FT ranking of the best Executive MB<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To be included in the Financial Times rankings, EMBA programs must meet specific criteria. Firstly, the school must be accredited by either the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in the USA, or EQUIS in Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Programs are rated on a number of criteria, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n\n\n\n
  • Average graduate salary three years after graduation, adjusted for purchasing power parity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • Career progression,<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • Professional experience of participants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • International diversity of students and faculty,<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
  • Environmental impact,
    and much more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The data required for these evaluations comes from two online surveys<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n\n\n\n
    • The first, completed by participating schools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    • A second, completed by graduates who completed their EMBA in 2021.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
